The Membrane Keyboard Company Ltd, an established and ISO accredited manufacturer of custom keyboards and assembled electronic products, require an enthusiastic and flexible Electro / Mechanical Assembler to join our Production Department.
The successful candidate will be required to undertake a number of roles both independently and as part of team whilst reporting to departmental managers including :-
*Electro/Mechanical Assembly.
*Soldering (Surface Mount and Conventional).
*Laminating.
*Test.
*Willingness to learn other forms of assembly and running machinery/equipment depending on production requirements.
*Completing paperwork for outbound shipments.
The successful candidate must have excellent verbal, written and numerical communication skills and be competent in using e-mail, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
The ability to work to set processes and procedures and a commitment to ensuring quality is of the highest standard is essential.
Experience is preferred; however, full training will be given.
This a full time position based on 38 ½ hours a week. Wages to be discussed.
